Yes, of course we do!
How can i access carers tickets ?
Go back to our ticket page, on the tickets section and the day which you intend on attending, select the padlock symbol at the top then simply enter the code ‘ OTBCARE ’ and that will activate your free ticket which is at the bottom of the ticket selection.
What disability amenities do you have on site ?
All disabled customers and carers will be upgraded to VIP for FREE on the day with proof of disability. Our VIP offering includes fast track entry which will be sign posted on the day, a dedicated area with private bar, toilets and disability access toilets, extra seating available and a golden circle. We will also have a sectioned area for disability customers and their carers (This will be ground level). Please note this is a public site so is accessible to everyone however as the main stage is on the beach some customers may not be able to access the beach, our vip area over looks the beach on the car park hard standing area.
Can i bring my own food and drink ?
No, we have lots of food and drink choices on site, keep an eye on our socials as we announce our chosen vendors. If you have any specific diety requirements please contact our socials and we will confirm if we have provisions for your needs.
Are children allowed to attend ?
Yes, of course! Under 16’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Does my under 3 go free ?
Yes of course they do! We love to see little party animals!
What does VIP get me ?
VIP’s get…Fast Track Entry, Dedicated VIP area to the side of the stage with posh loo’s, private bar, increased drinks selection including cocktails, golden circle access which is at the front of the stage.
I have a VIP ticket, does that mean my child can come in with me ?
Yes it sure does! All little ones are important people to us
Are dogs allowed ?
No sorry. Only guide dogs are permitted.
Is parking available ?
More information on parking will be available closer to the event day.
Instructions for drop offs ?
The will be an on site drop off point, please follow signage on site and drive with care and do not stop on the main road.
Can i bring chairs or blankets ?
No sorry this is a standing concert, there will be limited seating on site but this is a strict first come first serve basis, if you have any specific needs please contact us in advance.
Will there be an support acts ?
Yes, we will be announcing more bands in the coming months, keep an eye on our socials for updates.
Can i buy paper tickets ?
YES, These will be available soon from chosen outlets, keep posted for more details.

Can i get a refund if i can’t attend ?
No sorry! We will only refund tickets if the event is cancelled, you can sell your tickets on to others though.
Can i sell my ticket on ?
Yes, you just need to give them the QR code for entry, please beware of scammers though we cannot be held responsible for people selling tickets on and scamming people.
Can i leave and come back in ?
No sorry! We operate a no pass out system in the event of public safety, we may make exceptional circumstances from time to time, for urgent reasons.
What’s the weather going to be like ?

What’s the bar system ?
We run a token system on the bars, this means you will be required to purchase drinks tokens to then use them at the bars, we do this because of safety of money on site and also internet signal on card readers can be poor on site so we find having our internet signal in one confined space works better. You can use cash and card to buy tokens, cash tends to be a lot faster. We will have advanced drink tokens available to buy,
we will notify you when these become available.
What time will everything close ?
Token booth will close at 2230, the bar will close at 2245, please be mindful when buying tokens and only buy what you need. Music will stop at around 2300, food stalls will serve until 2300 and rides until 2245.
